The 32cm SCANPAN ProS+ Fry Pan features our premium exclusive unique STRATANIUM Plus non-stick coating that enables fat free frying and best non-stick cooking. This fry pan is designed and made in Denmark from environmentally friendly, recycled aluminium with SCANPAN's STRATANIUM Plus non-stick coating non-stick surface. SCANPAN ProS+ cookware is oven safe to 250°C with even heat distribution and unsurpassed durability. The stylish ergonomic handle stainless steel handle is fixed to the body of the pan using rivets.

Maintenance and Care

Before First Use

• Refer to the cleaning video on this website and the details in the Non-Stick User Guide
• Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush or scourer. Do not use harsh or metal scourers (refer website cleaning video)

Routine Cleaning

• Refer to the cleaning video on this website and the details in the Non-Stick User Guide
• When cooking is complete, empty contents and fill the pan with hot soapy water. Use a soft nylon scourer and vigorously scrub the pan, ensuring all food fat and residue is removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately.
• Whilst dishwasher safe, SCANPAN will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.
• Do NOT use excessive high heat. It is not required
