STRATANIUM LEAP is an advanced mineral-based non-stick surface technology developed exclusively by SCANPAN, created through a high-temperature curing process that forms a dense, hard, and stable coating strongly bonded to the recycled aluminium pan. This proprietary, PFAS-free surface offers excellent heat resistance, wear resistance, and durable non-stick performance suitable for everyday cooking.
